What is Fab Abs?

15-30 minutes. 

This session is entirely devoted to abdominal and core work.  It is designed to flatten and tone your abs, while improving your core strength.

What will it do for me ?

Fab Abs will increase your core strength and tone your tummy.

How hard is it?

Low- high

Fab Abs is suitable for all fitness levels and is suitable for beginners.

What is a typical Fab Abs class like?

A typical Fab Abs class will follow the following format:

1.  Core and abdominal conditioning using moves such as crunches, hovers, planks and heal drops.

2. Recovery and stretch.

What do I need to bring?

Bring a water bottle and a towel. Wear comfortable clothes and suitable sport shoes.

How often should I do Fab Abs?

If you do Fab Abs once or twice a week you will feel stronger in your core, tighter in your tummy and have improved posture.
