Free Step aerobics workout is an energetic workout using choreographed step moves. This class is designed to push those who enjoy the challenge of a choreographed routine while improving fitness levels.

Free step aerobics helps burn fat and increase fitness levels by increasing the heart rate.

Free step aerobics is suitable for all fitness levels. It won't take long for beginners to get the hang of the moves.
What is a typical Free Step Aerobics class like?
A typical Free Step class will follow the following format:
1. Warm up - 5-10 minutes of aerobics moves on and off the step which warms up the legs and increases core temperature. The pace is easy and the moves are simple.
2. Cardio section- 20-30 minutes of choreographed step aerobic moves. The pace is a little faster to assist in an increase in heart rate.
3. Recovery and stretch - Recovery to lower the heart rate and then stretch the muscles.
What do I need to bring?
Bring a water bottle and a towel. Wear comfortable clothes and suitable sport shoes.
How often should I do a Free Step Aerobics Workout?
If you do Free Step two to three times per week you will feel fitter, stronger and leaner. You could combine it with other classes on the timetable to get a well rounded weekly work out.
