Pilates seeks to increase the strength, flexibility and control of the body. Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps to not only build flexibility, but also strength, endurance, and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms and back.

What will it do for me ?

Pilates will help build core strength.

How hard is it?

Low-meduim

Pilates is suitable for all age groups and fitness levels.

What is a typical Pilates class like?

A typical Pilates class combines a series of movements which focus on strengthening the core abdominal muscles.

What do I need to bring?

Bring a water bottle and a towel. Wear comfortable clothes.  The class is carried out without shoes.

How often should I do Pilates?

You should do Pilates as often as you can.  It is a great class to compliment the rest of your gym classes.
