This yoga course is designed for Yoga enthusiasts who would like to take their practice to the next level.

 

To become a great student of Yoga you must never stop growing and learning. A Yoga practitioner with 40 years of experience has to continue to develop and modify their practice, just like a beginner. If you are an dedicated yoga student looking to deepen your practice, Blackwood’s Advanced Yoga Course has been established specifically for you! By refining both the physical and subtle alignment of the body you will not only learn to run energy (prana) freely, but also to conserve and expend it on gaining greater sensitivity and awareness in each pose.

 

Jackie has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and has level 2 certifications with Yoga Australia and Fitness Australia. She has tremendous practical understanding of the living anatomy of the human body, with a light-hearted and off-beat sense of humour.

Costs:

Nonmembers of Blackwood Fitness: $120 for the 8 week course.

Members of Blackwood Fitness: $80 for the 8 week course. 

Bookings can be made with a credit card over the phone or in person. Classes limited to 15 people.

Payment is required when booking for the course

medical clearance form is required 1 week prior.

Prenatal Yoga Course

This yoga course is designed especially for pregnant women in their 2^nd and 3^rd trimester. 

The course provides muscle conditioning, posture, pelvic floor care and breathing techniques.  This highly informative, hands on course will prepare the mind and body for pregnancy and labor, be it natural or C-section, as well as post-natal recovery and care.

Jackie has 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and has level 2 certifications with Yoga Australia and Fitness Australia.

 

HOW MUCH DOES THE 8 WEEK COURSE COST?

Nonmembers of Blackwood Fitness: $120 for the 8 week course.
Members of Blackwood Fitness: $80 for the 8 week course.

Bookings can be made with a credit card over the phone or in person. Classes limited to 15 people.

Shorter options may be available for ladies with a due date before 1^st Dec or those with prior yoga practice experience and no medical or physical conditions.

Payment is required when booking for the course

Doctor’s medical clearance form is required 1 week prior.
