It doesn’t matter if you are into pilates classes, body pump or circuit training, because at Blackwood Fitness Adelaide we have a full range of group fitness classes to suit everyone, running all day, everyday. So if you happen to be looking for pilates classes in Adelaide, look no further!

Join the fun. We have a number of Zumba classes per week. We have 5 classes per week both in the mornings, evening and on the weekend

Medium to High 60 min

A high-energy, calorie-consuming athletic workout that will push you past the limit with strong, simple moves and pumping music. This is the most intense workout you'll find in the world of fitness - a session guaranteed to take no prisoners.

ChiBall Low to Medium 45 min The ChiBall Method is a mind body exercise and wellness programme that has its foundation in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Combined with the elements of colour & aromatherapy , ChiBall takes you on a journey of mindful movement which results in a return to harmony, balance and wellbeing.
ZUMBA Low to Medium 60 min The Zumbaź program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. 60 minutes.

Low to Medium 60 min A rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles! After an exhaustive study, BODYPUMP was verified by The University of Auckland as providing the fastest body fat loss of any fitness class.

Low to Medium 60 min BODYSTEP is the ultimate way to give your body a high energy cardio blast and tone the hips and thighs. With over 2,000 steps per session you'll see results in record time. Get in step with one of the best fitness classes the world has to offer.
RPM Low to Medium 45 min Take the ultimate ride! RPM incorporates cycling, choreography and motivational coaching techniques to give you a completely safe, aerobic, adrenaline ride. Get in the zone and find out why RPM is totally addictive.
AQUA Low to Medium 45 min Freestyle aerobics in water. Safe for all levels of fitness.
INDOOR GROUP TRAINING Low to Medium 45 min This class is all about variety. Simple high & low athletic drills together with resistance training equipment. It’s a cardio & toning workout combined.
FITBALL Low to Medium 45 min Improve your balance and core stability with the use of a fit ball and optional use of weights. This class will challenge every muscle in your body.
SCULPT Low to Medium 60 min This class uses a variety of hand weights, bands & the fit ball to build muscle, core strength & co-ordination. A class that will burn & tone your entire body. We offer a 60 minute & 30 minute class format.
Fancy Feet Medium to High 60 min An exhilarating, energizing choreographed aerobic class using both hi and low moves.
DANCE FUNK Low to Medium 60 min Dance Funk is an addictive fusion of the latest dance moves. A cardio workout that is also suitable for any fitness level.
RPM - Hi
Performance
Medium to High 60 min Intermediate to Advanced: A 60 minute monster for regular riders wanting to push their limits of resistance, strength and endurance.
YOGA Low to Medium 60 min Known for its ability to heal and bring peace of mind. Learn how to stretch and tone from thousands of years of tradition while slowing down the breath. The YOGA type we teach at Blackwood Fitness is called "HATHA YOGA"
PILATES Low to Medium 60 min A unique method of body control and conditioning with a strong emphasis on strengthening and stabilizing the core muscles and spine.

STRONG
Medium to High 45 min A high impact, freestyle class that is easy to follow using a series of athletic drills and simple choreography. A great way to challenge your cardio-vascular system and burn calories.
FIT BOX Low to Medium 45 min Knock- Out the kilos with this action packed class that is designed to be both physically challenging and great fun. Stimulate every area of your body with boxing, kicking and resistance work. For Beginners right up to Hardcore fitness enthusiasts.
STEP Low to Medium 45 min An energetic workout using low to medium level choreography. Guaranteed to shape up your bottom half. This class is tailored to suit all fitness levels.
Aero Sculpt Low to Medium 45 min Aero Sculpt – This class combines simple aerobics moves with body sculpting moves. This class is designed to condition the muscles while burning fat and increasing fitness.
